Job duties and responsibilities:

  •  Maintain accurate, up-to-date and confidential personnel files at all times, in collaboration with the HR Officer.

  •  Maintain employment lists for all categories of contractors (staff, service personnel, volunteers, interns, etc.) and any necessary personnel related information and have quick access to it.

  •  Working on the daily update of employee files and archiving them as a hard copy and an electronic one.

  •  Working on updating the vacation schedule and monthly documentation.

  •  Follow up the attendance, leave and absence papers.

  •  Arranging and managing job interviews and tests.

  •  Ensure that proof of employment (personal documents and certificates) is submitted to the HR Department.

  •  Coordination with the supervisor to ensure that all documents required to prepare the contract are obtained.

  •  Submitting the weekly report to the line manager on all the responsibilities that have been undertaken.

  • The ability to deal with sensitive information and maintain its complete confidentiality is a prerequisite for this job, Failure to do so will result in termination of the contract.

  •  All of the above must be done in accordance with the approved official HR procedures.

  •  Any other tasks that the line manager may request.

Academic qualifications/professional qualifications and experience"

• A university degree or equivalent in business administration, social sciences or a related field is preferred.

• One or more years of experience in HR

Skills and Abilities Required:

• Experience and knowledge of HR procedures, including recruitment and personnel matters.

• Communication skills with others.

• Maintain strict confidentiality.

• Great attention to detail.

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

• Intermediate proficiency in English.

• Good knowledge of (MS Word - Excel).

• Professional knowledge of (Outlook).

• The ability to adapt to work pressure.

• Commitment to the principles and procedures of humanitarian work.

• Commitment to the organization's vision, mission and objectives.

• Adhere to the Code of Conduct.
