MEAL field project officer will work on organizing, preparing and coordinating a monitoring program for tracking and checking the use of RH kits that supported by UNFPA, through supervising 4 Meal field project assistants. The officer will make certain the implementation of minimum requirements for Good storage, documentation, Good distribution and rationale in use in lining with UNFPA and RI standards and regulations by all NGOs and the facilities that have been supported. This position will be reported to the Medical Coordinator officer.


 Must have an intermediate medical or health institute, and preference is given to those who hold a certificate (pharmacy assistant, pharmacist, nursing assistant, nursing, midwife).

 Ability to withstand work pressure.

 Good knowledge in handling with Microsoft applications (Word,Excel…Etc).

 Proven experience in medical commodities with other local or INGOs is preferable.

 Expert knowledge in Arabic is essential. Intermediate knowledge in English is preferred.

 Understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality.

 Team work spirit.

 Producing results.

 Flexible in changing environment.

 Organize the needed tasks by the field assistants.

 Prepare the required tools and forms for conducting any required assessments, monitoring and evaluation forms and reporting forms for the field use.

 Supervise the field assistants and provide the needed guidance and updates.

 Update the Medical commodity coordinator with any progress in weekly base.

 Collect and review all the visits reports and share them with medical coordinator.

 Prepare a clear and comprehensive consumption report and share it with medical coordinator

 Update the medical coordinator with inventory status in weekly base.

 Track and collect data for any use for Kit3.

 Provide any advices and recommendations to improve the strategy of work.

 Prepare a tracer for items that represent as a core in HFs and must regularly monitored

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.

• Performing any additional duties related to the work required by the supervisor.

• Strict commitment to wearing personal protective equipment such as masks and gloves, and to maintain social distancing distance (1-2 meters) while performing work. And applying other preventive practices such as personal hygiene, frequent hand washing and sterilization, when necessary.

• Report any feedback from the HFs on the quality of received items, or any other suggestion that can improve the whole process at any points.

تحديث بيانات الخزن اسبوعياومشركتها مع المسؤول المباشر .

 تتبع البيانات وجمعها لأي استخدام ل Kit3

 تقديم أي نصائح وتوصيات لتحسين استراتيجية العمل

سيتم التواصل وإجراء المقابلات فقط مع المتقدمين أصحاب السيرة الذاتية التي تتناسب مع متطلبات العمل

 إعداد متتبع للعناصر الاساسية

• الالتزام بجميع الواجبات الإضافية المتعلقة بالعمل المطلوبة من المشرف

• الالتزام التام بارتداء معدات الحماية الشخصية كالكمامات والكفوق والحفاظ على التباعد الاجتماعي ) 1 - 2متر( أثناء تأدية وتطبيق جميع الممارسات الواقية كالنظافة الشخصية, تغسيل اليدين المتكرر والتعقيم عند الضرورة .

• الإبلاغ عن إفادات المنشآت الصحية المتعلقة بالمواد المستلمة أو أي اقتراح يمكن أن يطور العملية بكاملها عند أي مرحلة
