مسؤوليات الوظيفة الرئيسية:

• دعم عمل غرف تبريد اللقاح ونقاط سلسلة التبريد في تحسين المخزون في الوقت المناسب
الإدخالات وإمكانية رؤيتها عبر الإنترنت ، بما في ذلك أداء درجة حرارة سلسلة التبريد
معدات.
• دعم مدير سلسلة التبريد (CCM) في التخطيط للصيانة الوقائية للبرودة
معدات السلاسل (CCE).
• دعم CCM في تطوير دورات التوزيع والطرق المثلى لـ
اللقاحات / الإمدادات ، لاستخدامها من قبل لوجستي المنطقة.
• ضمان جاهزية الموقع في نقاط سلسلة التبريد المختلفة لتركيب CCE الجديد.
• أثناء الزيارة إلى نقاط سلسلة التبريد ، تأكد من التدريب العملي على جميع الجوانب التي تتعلق بها
يحتاج عمال التحصين إلى الدعم.
• التحليل المنتظم لأنماط الاستهلاك ومعدلات الفاقد للقاحات ومستلزماتها
تطوير تقارير شهرية لدعم CCM في اتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
• المشاركة في اجتماعات المراجعة لخدمة COVID-19 / EPI وتقديم تقرير الحالة /
تعليق.
• أداء أي مهام أخرى يكلفه بها CCM.

متطلبات:

• يجب أن يكون المتقدمون حاصلين على الأقل على درجة التخرج ، مع مؤهل إضافي في
إدارة الأعمال / الصحة العامة / التمريض أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد.
• ما لا يقل عن 3-4 سنوات من الخبرة العملية المهنية في سلسلة تبريد اللقاح ذات الصلة
المشاريع.
• ستعطى الأفضلية للمرشحين من ذوي الخبرة في إدارة اللقاح أو البرد
تسيير متسلسل.
• ستكون الخبرة في برامج التحصين ميزة.
• يجب أن يتقن استخدام الكمبيوتر. معرفة تطبيقات MS-Office بمعنى. اكسل. كلمة
و PowerPoint والإنترنت ضروريان.
• مهارات تحليلية وتفاوضية واتصالات قوية.

Cold Chain Officer
Location: Bab el-Hawa based
Service Area: North-west Syria
Job Type: Full-time contract
Number of Vacancies: 1

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Support the work of vaccine cold rooms and cold chain points in improving timely stock
entries and their online visibility, including temperature performance of cold chain
equipment.
• Supporting cold chain manager (CCM) in planning for preventive maintenance of cold
chain equipment (CCE).
• Supporting CCM in the development of distribution cycles and optimum routes for
vaccines/ supplies, for use by district logisticians.
• Ensuring site readiness at various cold chain points for the installation of new CCE.
• During visit to cold chain points, ensure hands-on training on all aspects for which
immunization workers require support.
• Regular analysis of consumption patterns and wastage rates for vaccines and supplies for
developing monthly reports to support CCM in taking corrective action.
• Participating in review meetings for COVID-19/EPI service and providing status report/
feedback.
• Performing any other tasks assigned by CCM.

Requirements:

• Applicants must possess at least a Graduation Degree, with additional qualification in
Business Administration/ Public Health/ Nursing or supply chain management.
• A minimum of 3-4 years of professional work experience in vaccine cold chain related
projects.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in vaccine management or cold
chain management.
• Experience in immunization programmes will be an advantage.
• Must be proficient in computers. Knowledge of MS-Office applications viz. Excel; Word
and PowerPoint and internet is essential.
• Strong analytical, negotiating and communication skills.
