Supports all departments and manages all logistical operations in the organization, including
warehouses, fleet management, procurement and assets.

1. Assist in monitoring general Monitor the overall Procurement and Logistic activities
within which include Procurement, Assets Control and registry and periodic updates, Supply,
and Service/Maintenance.
2. Assist in monitoring general Managing logistic services, warehousing and
transportation in a way that meets the organization's requirements.
3. Support the Head of Sub-Office(s) and Program Manager(s) regarding procurement,
logistic and service requests requirements and optimize purchasing power.
4. Provide technical guidance and assistance to procurement and logistic staff under
his/her supervision.
5. Schedule logistical materials receiving and delivering to and from the warehouse and
preparing the goods inventory report regularly.
6. Assist in the adherence of the warehouses teams to stock management practices in
order to ensure there is no undue overstocking or loss, and control supply stock and monitor
consumable materials in order to provide staff with ready access to commonly used items.
7. Responsible for Manage vehicles, organize and monitor their daily movement and
ensure adequate control over the use and movement of all vehicles.
8. Ensure up-to-date inventories, tracking and recording of inventory and fixed assets,
and the accurate reflection of these items in assets registry form.
9. Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Previous experience in humanitarian work and related field (the logistics) from NGO or any
academic institution for 1 or 2 years of relevant professional experience.
Communication – listens and communicates clearly, adapting delivery to the audience

Professional Experience:
Performance Management – identify ways and implement actions to improve.
Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain in humanitarian context.
Strong understanding of anti-corruption and anti-fraud policies and practices
Familiarity with procedures of institutional donors.
computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Project & database management software
