المهام و المسؤوليات
- إدارة واشراف ومتابعة تنفيذ أنشطة القطاع والمشاريع وكل ما يتعلق بالنتائج والأثر والاستمرارية وضمان جودة العمل
Managing, supervising and follow-up implementing the cluster and projects activities in addition to everything related to results, impact, continuity and quality assurance work
- كتابة المشاريع الجديدة ورفع أفكار المشاريع على HPC
Writing new projects and upload the projects ideas on HPC.
- تطوير المشاريع بالتعاون والتنسيق بين مدراء المشاريع ومدير البرامج
Develop the projects in coordination with project’s managers and program manager.
- إدارة فرق العمل والعمل الدائم على تطويره وبناء قدراته في الداخل السوري.
Managing the project’s team and permanent work to develop and build its capabilities inside Syria.
- القيام بالتنسيق لجميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بالبرامج
Coordinate all the activities which are related to programs.
- متابعة موازنات المشاريع بالتنسيق مع الادارة المالية
Following-up the project budgets in coordination with the financial department.
- تنفيذ المهام الموكلة اليه ومطابقة هذا التنفيذ إداريا وفنيا وماليا
Carry out the tasks entrusted to him and matching this implementation administratively, technically and financially.
- حضور كافة الاجتماعات التي تخص المشاريع والتفاعل فيها
Attend and interact with all meetings related to projects.
- رفع تقارير انجاز دورية الى المدير المباشر
Submit periodic completion reports to the direct manager.
- العمل بمقتضيات الوصف الوظيفي والإجراءات الإدارية المنصوص عليها في النظام الداخلي للمنظمة.
Working according to the requirements of the job description and the administrative procedures stipulated in the rules of procedure of the Organization.
