Job Title: Project Assistant(Re-Advertised)
Department/Sector: Programme
Report to: Senior Project Officer

Job Purpose:

 The Programme Assistant will provide support to the Programme Department in the day-to-day delivery of responsive, effective, and efficient program administrative activities in line with Hope Revival Organization (HRO) program quality principles and good practices advancing HRO mission. S/He will provide consistent and high-quality service and contribute to the proper stewardship of project resources to help ensure operational effectiveness in support of high-quality programming.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Assist the department with projects-related administrative and operational matters
2. Assist projects officers in daily follow-ups
3. Assist reporting officers with requests for translation and revision, support the team in the monthly 4Ws data entry and any other related tasks.
4. Assist the department in translating media publications and periodic media materials
5. Support in organizing periodic review meetings, drafting briefs and short write ups including success stories, social media postings, minutes of meetings, and communication briefs; assist in the preparation of periodic progress reports on projects and programs.
6. Ensure that Project Archive (SharePoint, Soft Copy, Hard Copies, etc.) files and documents are properly organized, filed and archived together with all related information and data (Photos, Logos, lists of partners, etc.).
7. Ensure that data pertaining to the different HRO projects on the ERP software system are up to date and correct.
8. communicate with field staff of assigned projects on daily basis to tackles the most urgent tasks when requested. and Review the documentation and MoVs of assigned projects regularly to ensure the correct Data Registration.
9. Assist in the coordination of the program activities and operations as well as in the implementation of HRO projects including the coordination of field visits, organizing meetings, events and workshops, etc.)
10. Assist in the collection and organization of project and program – related information required for the analysis of program performance and status or for preparation of program reports and documentations.

Verify the quality of data collected from the field based on alidity, timeliness, precision, reliability, and integrity of performance data gathered to monitor program performance.
Procurement and Logistics:
raise procurement requisition as needed for implementing various program activities. and Coordinate with logistics department on supply chain purchases and distributions to HRO Offices. and Follow up on the operation issues related to assigned projects.

Develop media content for dissemination via press releases, social media, websites, and other distribution channels.
Ensure that key messages align with vital business strategies. and Scan the media marketplace to keep up-to-date on the latest media trends.

Qualifications and Work Experience 

• Having a Bachelor’s degree in English Language, or related field is an asset.
• 1 Year experince in project management and report writing (in English).
• Turkish Nationality is essential requirement.
• English language is essential.
• Ability to pay attention to details to be able to scrutinize documents.
• Good knowledge of Project Cycle Management, including budgeting and budget monitoring.
• Knowledge of project planning, monitoring, results reporting, evaluation and learning.
Training required in applicants 
• Training courses in English Language is an advantage.
• Training courses in reports writing is an advantage.
